Responsibilities

    • Corporate action events processing
    • Custody disclosure, declaration and fee billing
    • Depot adjustments
    • Cash & Stock reconciliations and regulatory reporting
    • Handle front office enquires
    • Projects support – UAT etc.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree holder in Finance or Business related discipline
    • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Securities or Futures industry
    • Good numerical/communication skills with an eye for details
    • Resourceful and able to resolve trade settlement issues effectively
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Work on staggered hours and public holidays

Responsibilities

    • Maintain and support production systems with mixed of in-house & vendor platform
    • Able to develop applications and systems in .NET environment or other programming languages
    • Familiarize in reverse engineering or reengineering of existing systems to adapt for new changes, enhancements and optimization
    • Monitor daily systems’ schedule jobs to ensure it complete successfully without impacting next business day operation
    • Support and coordinate with vendors and users on new requirements and/or projects

Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in application development and project management
    • Experience in Front to Back Trading Flow and understanding of Settlement and Derivatives platform
    • Hands-on experience in MS SQL, Reporting Server, MS .NET C#, HTML5, MS SharePoint, C++
    • Experience in managing and maintaining MS-SQL database
    • Exposure in financial industry with good working experience and understanding of various business processes and flows in Asset classes like Equity and Back Office Systems

Responsibilities

    • Assessment and monitoring of clients’ and counterparty brokers credit risk
    • Limits administration and setting up of clients on the trading system
    • Margin and collateral management
    • Management and regulatory reporting
    • Debt Recovery operations
    • Undertake and participate in project work as and when assigned

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline
    • Preferably 1-2 years in the capital markets
    • Prior experience in brokerage industry is advantageous
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong in Excel preferably with VB & SQL knowledge

Responsibilities

    • Monitoring of the Company’s overall exposure in equities and futures
    • Management of client’s positions, including putting up of stop loss orders, force liquidation 
    • Performing stress loss and reporting of threshold breaches
    • Tracking of intraday margin positions and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance
    • Project work which would also include quant modelling for various product classes to assess risks

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline
    • 1-2 years exposure to Forex markets, either in Risk or as a Trader
    • Prior experience in brokerage industry is advantageous
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong in Excel preferably with VB & SQL knowledge
    • Able to do shift work on rotating basis and Public Holiday

Responsibilities

    • To oversee the market and credit risk across all of the company’s business lines, including equities, futures and fixed income markets
    • To develop and maintain programs and database for the automation of Risk BAU operations
    • To support the continuous development of our Risk Management System (such as Janus) as well as the various risk modules within the trading front-ends
    • To develop solutions to enable effective and timely risk management

Requirements

    • Degree holder with major in Computer Science or Information System
    • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in database design/programming, knowledge of utilizing BI tools (e.g. QlikView etc.)
    • Prior experience in financial industry is advantageous
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong in Excel preferably with VB & SQL knowledge

Responsibilities

    • Onboarding new trading accounts for corporates (local & foreign entities) and individual
    • Performing AML/KYC checks, including customer due diligence
    • Account opening form checking
    • Setting up of trading platforms
    • To process closure / suspension of accounts
    • To conduct yearly review of all accounts
    • Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports
    • Liaise with clients on trading facilities and equity maintenance
    • System data maintenance and assist in Common Reporting Standard (CRS) database maintenance
    • Processing funds receipt and withdrawal
    • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
