Responsibilities

    As a Wealth Advisor, you will be expected to provide comprehensive, one-stop financial advisory services to KGI clients through our wealth management products that will include Insurance, Unit Trust, Exchanged Traded Fund (ETF), Fixed Income and Structured products. As part of portfolio construct and re-balancing, you are to actively cross-sell our Brokerage, Futures & Forex products into wealth products and vice versa. The successful candidate will be expected to play a critical role in expanding the company's onshore base through the acquisition of new and the development of existing clients. To strengthen the wealth planning process, you will be engaging high net-worth and affluent clients for relationship management, financial health check and fact-finding.

    You are to achieve agreed financial targets. To help you succeed in your role and sharpen your financial planning and advisory skills, you will be guided and trained for 4 weeks by product specialists and product partners. You will need to be comfortable hitting the ground running and leveraging your existing network to add value to the business.

Requirements

    • Local Diploma/ Degree holders are welcome
    • Keen interest in the Finance industry
    • More than 1-2 years of wealth experience
    • Career progression to Senior Advisor or Assistant Wealth Director
    • Attractive salary package of up to $4,000 Basic + Incentives + Monthly Commission + Production Bonus

Responsibilities

    • Perform, maintain and balance daily / monthly bank reconciliation of various banks
    • Prepare daily cash flow, in both SGD and foreign currencies
    • Maintain banking relationships and liaise for term deposit / short-term loans
    • Book-keeping in daily / weekly / monthly transaction entries and assist in month-end closing process
    • Preparation of various schedules for timely month end closing of accounts in compliance with FRS,SFR,SGXand MAS rules and regulations
    • Preparations of reports for further analysis
    • Any other ad-hoc accounting tasks

Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree preferably in Business Studies / Accountancy or equivalent
    • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
    • Experience in futures / stock broking industry is advantageous
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

    • To oversee the market and credit risk across all of the company’s business lines, including equities, futures and fixed income markets
    • To develop and maintain programs and database for the automation of Risk BAU operations
    • To support the continuous development of our Risk Management System (such as Janus) as well as the various risk modules within the trading front-ends
    • To develop solutions to enable effective and timely risk management

Requirements

    • Degree holder with major in Computer Science or Information System
    • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in database design/programming, knowledge of utilizing BI tools (e.g. QlikView etc.)
    • Prior experience in financial industry is advantageous
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong in Excel preferably with VB & SQL knowledge

Responsibilities

    • Monitoring of the Company’s overall exposure in equities and futures
    • Management of client’s positions, including putting up of stop loss orders, force liquidation 
    • Performing stress loss and reporting of threshold breaches
    • Tracking of intraday margin positions and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance
    • Project work which would also include quant modelling for various product classes to assess risks

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline
    • 1-2 years exposure to Forex markets, either in Risk or as a Trader
    • Prior experience in brokerage industry is advantageous
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong in Excel preferably with VB & SQL knowledge
    • Able to do shift work on rotating basis and Public Holiday

Responsibilities

    • Handle daily clients trust withdrawal
    • Review daily payment instructions
    • Data entry in Gloss
    • Issuing of cheques
    • Creation of TT payments
    • Performing of receipt function
    • Marking of settled trades in Gloss
    • Booking of deposit and withdrawal entries in CTMS
    • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

    • Diploma holder and above, preferably in Accounting and Finance with minimum 1-3 years’ of relevant work experience
    • Good numerical/communication skills with an eye for details
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
    • A team player and able to work independently
    • Experience in settlement is advantageous

Responsibilities

    • Maintain and support production systems with mixed of in-house & vendor platform
    • Able to develop applications and systems in .NET environment or other programming languages
    • Familiarize in reverse engineering or reengineering of existing systems to adapt for new changes, enhancements and optimization
    • Monitor daily systems’ schedule jobs to ensure it complete successfully without impacting next business day operation
    • Support and coordinate with vendors and users on new requirements and/or projects

Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
    • At least 5 years of working experience in application development and project management
    • Experience in Front to Back Trading Flow and understanding of Settlement and Derivatives platform
    • Hands-on experience in MS SQL, Reporting Server, MS .NET C#, HTML5, MS SharePoint, C++
    • Experience in managing and maintaining MS-SQL database
    • Exposure in financial industry with good working experience and understanding of various business processes and flows in Asset classes like Equity and Back Office Systems

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with internal departments on the Trading Representatives activities, including onboarding, training, adherence to the local regulatory requirements, and escalation of issues raised by Trading Representatives etc.
    • Preparation of monthly MIS reporting
    • Preparation of daily P&L and positions monitoring by clients
    • Liaise with IT department on data analytics for business analysis as and when required by department
    • Assist the Online Trading Team with their marketing campaign
    • Follow up with clients on outstanding accounts opening documents
    • Coordinate with Operations department on share settlement for margin clients
    • Follow up with clients on margin call top up
    • Participate in ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements

    • Degree holder preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience
    • Meticulous with positive mindset and possess strong analytical and organisational skills
    • Independent, outgoing, customer service oriented team player
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to multi task and work with all levels in a fast-paced environment
