Responsibilities

  • Manage servers environment (Wintel and Linux), corporate network (LAN, WAN, MAN, VoIP) and office structure cabling
  • Perform feasibility studies and consolidate streamlines with team to determine future planning, latest technology trend, implementation and cost optimization
  • Manage and prepare IT requirements, proposals and procurements process for IT infrastructure
  • Define improvements and increased system reliability, security and performance
  • Manage services and vendor outsourcing in the aspects of IT infrastructure
  • Provide 24x7 IT infrastructure support
  • Ensure IT infrastructure setup adhere to regulatory and audit guidelines
  • Acts as the IT infrastructure liaison in providing critical operational insight to upcoming business requirements, implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability
  • Manage and oversee annual internal / external audit exercises and follow-up on rectification

Requirements

  • University graduate in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 8 years relevant and strong technical experience in IT infrastructure technology areas
  • Extensive experience MS Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Cisco network, VMware etc.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal across different levels of management and users

Responsibilities

  • Assist in invoice verification and payment submission
  • To manage couriers and mail services
  • Provide support in general office administration and maintenance including reporting of faults in common areas under building management, requisition of newspaper, stationery and office supplies
  • To handle archival of documents
  • To handle air ticket booking and hotel accommodation
  • To provide reception support during lunch hour and in the absence of receptionist
  • Other general ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements

  • GCE 'A' Level or its equivalent with minimum one to two years working experience
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to speak Mandarin to support Chinese Speaking Clients
  • Organized, systematic, energetic, resourceful and initiative

Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients' accounts on all credit-related queries
  • Monitor clients' trading activities and contact clients to top-up margins or liquidate their positions
  • Conduct credit monitoring and real time market monitoring
  • Prepare credit review of corporate and individuals
  • Ability to analyze Company qualitative and quantitative trend from the corporate profile
  • Compile and prepare internal and external reports and assist in the preparation of periodic management reports
  • Provide assistance in resolving issues arising from operational risk in line with the risk appetite of the business
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative mathematical statistics from historical datasets at a single asset or at a portfolio level
  • Understanding in options greeks and theoretical pricing models (i.e. BSM)

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently
  • Able to work on late shifts and on public holidays
  • Good communication in English, and preferably Chinese to liaise with Chinese clients
  • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in brokerage industry preferred
  • Understanding in VBA and SQL preferred
