Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all trades are processed, confirmed and settled in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the company policies and procedures
  • Following up and investigation of all unsettled trades
  • Timely identification, escalation and resolution of all trades issues with counterparties and front office
  • Handle front office enquires
  • Identify gaps in processing and suggest ideas to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Carries out other duties as and when assigned
  • Support other team member's responsibilities as and when required

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 1- 2 years of relevant experience

Very competitive commission package will be offered to the right candidate. You should have minimum education of full “A” levels or above with at least 2-3 years' relevant working experience and passed CMFAS accreditation; Module 1A, 5, 6 and 6A (optional).

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models for forecasting and undertake financial statement analysis
  • Prepare equity research reports
  • Conduct presentation of research ideas to internal sales and external clients
  • Keeping abreast with market developments,g. new investment ideas etc., that can affect the markets

Requirements

  • University graduate preferably in Accountancy / Finance
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in equity analysis and/or some audit working experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • A team player, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Able to interact/communicate with internal/external clients with good presentation skills
  • Multi-tasker with ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, Bloomberg and Reuters
